Rh ANTIBODY

•most of Rh antibody – IgG class

•can cause- haemolytic transfusion reaction/ haemolytic disease of newborn

•Its does not activate compliment

•Anti-D/ anti-c                  – can cause severe HDN

•Anti-C/ anti-E/ anti-e      – not cause HDN/only mild HDN
